Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, charging cables, and manuals to ensure full credit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
